These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by ScoopZona, operated by OBC Enterprises LLC (“ScoopZona,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By scheduling or using ScoopZona services, customers agree to the following terms and conditions.
Property Access
Customers authorize ScoopZona and its representatives to enter the property for the purpose of performing pet waste removal, sanitization, and related services.
Customers are responsible for providing safe and unobstructed access to all service areas, including unlocked gates and clear pathways.
If access to the property is unavailable at the time of service, the visit may be skipped and may not qualify for a refund or credit.
Pet Safety Policy
For the safety of our team and your pets, ALL dogs must be kept inside the home or otherwise secured away from the service area during service visits.
ScoopZona does not provide service while dogs are loose in the yard.
If dogs are present in the service area at the time of arrival, the service visit may be skipped.
For customers receiving sanitization or deodorizing treatments, pets must remain out of the treated yard for up to 30 minutes after service completion to allow the veterinarian-grade sanitizer to properly cure and dry.
Yard Conditions
Customers are responsible for maintaining a reasonably safe and accessible yard.
Overgrown grass, excessive clutter, locked gates, standing water, construction materials, aggressive animals, or other hazardous conditions may prevent ScoopZona from safely completing service.
ScoopZona is not responsible for missed waste or incomplete service caused by unsafe or obstructed yard conditions.
Service Scheduling
Recurring services automatically renew each billing cycle unless canceled by the customer.
Customers may cancel recurring service with at least seven (7) days notice prior to the next scheduled billing cycle.
Service dates and arrival times may vary due to weather conditions, route adjustments, holidays, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Holidays, Vacations & Weather Delays
ScoopZona may occasionally skip service visits due to:
- Severe weather
- Unsafe working conditions
- Observed holidays
- Company vacations or closures
Customers will receive advance notice whenever possible.
In most cases, customers will receive a double-dooty cleanup during their next scheduled service visit at no additional charge.
Observed holidays may include major nationally recognized holidays.
Payments & Billing
Customers agree to pay all invoices by the listed due date.
Failure to make payment may result in paused or canceled service.
Recurring services may be billed automatically through the customer’s selected payment method.
Returned payments, failed transactions, or unpaid balances may delay future service visits.
Pricing Adjustments
To help maintain reliable service and account for changes in operating costs, ScoopZona reserves the right to adjust pricing periodically.
Customers will be notified in advance of any pricing changes.
Continued use of services after notice of updated pricing constitutes acceptance of the new rates.
Sanitization Services
Customers receiving yard sanitization or deodorizing treatments authorize ScoopZona to use outdoor water spigots if required for service.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that outdoor water connections are functional and reasonably maintained.
ScoopZona is not responsible for issues resulting from faulty, damaged, or improperly maintained water fixtures.
Satisfaction Guarantee
ScoopZona strives to provide fast, friendly, and reliable service.
If a customer is unhappy with a completed service, they should contact us promptly so we can work to make it right.
Limitation of Liability
ScoopZona is not responsible for:
- Pre-existing property damage
- Damage caused by pets
- Hidden obstacles beneath grass or debris
- Delays caused by weather or circumstances beyond our control
Customers are responsible for notifying ScoopZona of any known hazards or special property conditions prior to service.
Changes to These Terms
ScoopZona reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time.
Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
