Frequently Asked Questions

All collected pet waste is double-bagged and securely disposed of in the customer’s trash bin to help keep your property clean and sanitary.

For the safety of both our employees and your pets, we ask that all dogs remain inside or separated from the service area while we are cleaning and sanitizing the yard.

No. As long as we have access to the yard and have open access to gates, you do not need to be home during your scheduled service visit. However, all dogs and pets must be safely secured inside or away from the service area before our arrival.

ScoopZona services customers on scheduled cleanup days rather than fixed appointment times. Our routes are optimized daily to help us provide efficient service and keep pricing as affordable as possible while maintaining high-quality customer care.

Service routes begin as early as 7:30 AM and continue until sunset depending on the route and season. Customers will receive an approximately 1-hour arrival notification so pets can be safely secured before we arrive. Similar to other route-based services like trash collection, exact service times may vary from visit to visit.

Yes. In order to perform our vet-grade sanitizing treatment, we require access to a working outdoor water spigot during your scheduled service visit.

Yes. We use a professional vet-grade sanitizing treatment designed for outdoor pet areas. However, we recommend waiting approximately 30 minutes after service before allowing pets back into the yard so the treatment has time to dry and cure properly.

Most customers choose weekly service to keep their yard clean, sanitary, and odor-free. We also offer flexible service schedules depending on the number of dogs and the size of the yard.

In the event of severe weather, observed holidays, or scheduled company vacations, your regular service day may occasionally be delayed or skipped. To help maintain consistent pricing and route scheduling, customer subscriptions remain active during these periods.

When service resumes, ScoopZona will perform a “Double Dooty” cleanup on your next scheduled visit at no additional charge. For planned company vacations, customers will be provided with at least 30 days notice whenever possible.
